We guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We warrant that our products are fit for their intended purpose and are free from manufacturer faults or defects. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture or product.
This does not include small cracks or end grain checking which are natural occurrences and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. Once delivery has been accepted, the customer is responsible for cleaning and caring for the furniture, we do not accept responsibility for dirt, bird poo, stains, grease marks, and any mould or mildew growth that occurs after the delivery of your furniture and cushions, this includes oil stains on the furniture, and any oil that may transfer from the furniture to the cushion, and any other surface such as patio flooring, or other furniture or clothes. Any damage due to neglect will void the warranty. Should you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, we will repair or replace the furniture, subject to terms and conditions.
Under this warranty, we are unable to exchange goods that have been treated, painted, modified or dismantled in any way, or bespoke items this also includes free gift items. In these cases, we would repair any damage covered by the warranty. Each peice of furniture supplied is warrantied as an individual entity, should any peice of a set of furniture become faulty we will repair or replace the said peice of furniture. The customer does not qualify for the set of furniture as a whole to be exchanged under our warranty.
Please be advised that our product guarantee does not cover items shipped overseas.
