Our Manufacturing Facility

We are manufacturers of high-quality, sustainable handmade garden furniture. With a focus on quality control at source, ensuring all of our products are checked before arriving at our distribution depot. We are recognised and known throughout the UK for our unique designs and quality of our outdoor furniture.

We have our own production facility on the island of Java with over 100 staff and over 10,000 square meters of production, drying and warehouse space.  All of our wood is kiln dried and treated as part of the manufacturing process.  Our facility is annually audited for safety procedures and we are ISO certified related to our internal quality control process.  All of our staff receive generous wage compensation packages that include health insurance, pension benefits and paid annual leave.

 As a manufacturer we are able to maintain a consistency of quality that you will not find from other sellers in the market.  We are involved in each stage of the process from raw material wood selection through to packaging and container loading.  This gives us a greater insight and understanding of our product and that shows in the overall quality and consistency of our furniture.
